The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following:

mTrade Park Oxford Orthopedic Indoor Practice Facility New HVAC Units. The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified contractors to install a new HVAC system at the Oxford

Orthopedic Indoor Facility at mTrade Park located 328 Old Sardis Road in Oxford, Mississippi. The technical

specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and

review documents prior to submission. The bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or

electronic submission. All bids are due on or before 10:00 am, Thursday, August 31, 2023. Bids must be

accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid.
